Kozak reports on new settlement mechanism in Donbass

The tripartite contact group on the settlement of the situation in the Khabarovsk on March 25 may propose a new mechanism for dialogue between the parties to the conflict in the south-east of Ukraine, Deputy Head of the Administration of the President of Russia Dmitry Kozak told journalists on March 11.
