Residents of the United States called the spread of diseases the main international threat


U.S. citizens still view many international problems, including terrorism, nuclear proliferation and cyber attacks, as major threats to the well-being of the nation. But in the current pandemic, the spread of infectious diseases has proved to be the biggest threat cited by respondents to the Pew Research Center survey.
