Senator Tsekov explained the right of Russia to put forward demands to Ukraine


The Russian Federation is the only State that has the right to submit claims to Ukraine. This was announced by the senator from the Crimean region, a member of the Federation Council Committee on Foreign Affairs Sergey Tsekov in an interview with RIA Novosti.
